It looks like this video was published on May 31, 2013 but I didn’t see it back then. Dorothy Rabinowitz totally goes off about the bike share program in New York City.
According to her the biggest hazard in the city is bikes not yellow cabs. Not only that but the city’s best neighborhoods are begrimed by the blazing blue Citibank bikes.

Yeah, I saw that back when it was originally posted. She’s just a bitter old hag. They’ve had a bike-share program like this for a few years in Minneapolis, and the people love it.
