This particular X Drive baseplate features a 33% fiberglass blend, creating a more responsive ride for railing carves with precision. The provided 2x4 mini disc requires less surface area while accommodating both 4 hole and Channel mounting systems. Eliminating nasty pressure points, the Cypress features 3D contoured straps with strategic cut outs for a better wrap around your boot's ankle and toe. The embedded Wire Core pulls the ankle strap sideways, so you can easily load into your bindings without accidentally stepping on the strap. Absorbing heavy landings and high speed chatter, a dual density footbed places EVA pods under the ball and heel of your foot two areas prone to injury from harsh shock and vibration.
