It's a dry February and you have the itch to send some mountains. It's a good thing you have the Arc'teryx Men's Dually Belay Insulated Parka to warm your bones because, even though it's dry out there, it's still freakin' freezing. This parka utilizes two layers of ThermaTek insulation for your toasty core warmth, and Arc'teryx immersed the insulation in a DWR coating to help you stay dry in case an unexpected storm appears out of nowhere. Arc'teryx also integrated a full separating, two way front zip to accommodate harness and rope as you belay your buddy. An expedition fit leaves room for layering in frigid temperatures, but with a slimmer fit in the chest and shoulders. The StormHood slides over your helmet with ease, and you can rotate your head without losing the vision you need on the wall. If it gets warm on your route, you can stuff this compressible jacket in its stuff sack and clip it to your harness in case you get cold again. Stretch knit cuffs are soft against your wrists and seal out that nasty cold front, and a drawcord at the drop tail hem keeps in all that wonderful warmth even when you bend over to put your shoes on.
