The 25 inch length is suitable for a total weight user and gear of 120 200 pounds and the 30 inch length supports a total weight of 150 250 pounds. The recommended use range for the larger 35 inch shoe is 180 300 pounds.Atlas' patented impact absorbing Spring Loaded Suspension SLS keeps 10 Series snowshoes close underfoot while suspending your foot so it can move freely to adjust to terrain and slope changes. By allowing your foot to flex naturally, 10 Series snowshoes improve stability and balance while providing deep crampon penetration for maximum traction. The Wrapp Swift binding has a quick cinch strap, a positive toe locater and EVA foam padding.The 6061 aluminum V frame delivers an efficient, natural stride. By tracking straight in deep snow and pulling less snow as you step forward, the nose and tapered tail of 10 Series snowshoes save you energy. A built in Heel Lift Bar lessens the distance that the bottom of your boot travels from the snowshoe deck during climbs. This feature greatly improves performance on steep slopes and helps to reduce the fatigue associated with elevation gains. Providing lightweight durability, flexible Nytex decking optimizes flotation. NOTE: A minimum base of 6 8 of snow is suggested for usage in order to properly protect the integrity of the decking material.The stainless steel All Trac toe crampon provides all direction traction. Wider tabs at the sides and corners of the crampon complement sharp front and rear points in providing confident footing.
