Atomic Sport Pro Skintec Classic Ski

We all wish we had more time to spend on skis, but until you get your hands on a flux capacitor, you'll still have to squeeze in lunchtime laps, pre work sessions, and evening trail time. Waxing eats even more into that already limited schedule, but Atomic's throwing serious but busy skiers a bone with the waxless Sport Skintec Classic Ski, which features a waxless Skintec kick zone and design points cribbed from the company's top of the line Redster series. Instead of kick wax, the Sport Skintec relies on Skintec modules underfoot. Think of them like miniature climbing skins they provide the grip you need to get powerful kicks, without the maintenance that traditional ski constructions require. To complement the waxless kick zone, Atomic designed the Sport Skintec with Step Down sidewall technology, which provides traditional ski to snow contact when flexed but lifts the entire kick zone off the ground when gliding, meaning that the Skintec modules won't slow you down. The High Densolite core is light, strong, and provides plenty of energy, and the tip and tail sections sport a BI 5000 base that'll hold plenty of wax to keep you gliding smoothly during all your training skis.
