Bell Super 2 MIPS Helmet

We're stoked on MIPS. Apparently so is Bell, whose Super 2 MIPS Helmet combines everything that we love in the vanilla Super 2 with the noodle saving properties of MIPS. The helmet's Super 2 DNA includes the same polycarbonate shell and EPS foam. These elements are melded with In Mold technology to create a helmet that diffuses impacts while maintaining a low weight. The protection extends down the back of the head, and the optional Bell 2R chin bar attaches easily to convert the helmet to a full face DH model. But you're here for the MIPS. Since its free floating inner cage effectively takes some of the oomph out of brain shaking, oblique impacts, we don't blame you. After all, brains are forever or at least, they can be, as long as you take care of them. The helmet is finished with an adjustable visor and a breakaway camera mount. Fire up the GoPro.
