These are one size fits all. Patent pending and lightweight Skintek protects your cleats. Produces a softer, more comfortable heel toe stride. Preserves flooring and the cleanliness of your bagpocket interior. Machine washable. Wear Instructions for ProBikeskins :Position the ProBikeskin pad over your cycling cleat, so that it is upside down ProBikeskin padtread against the cleat and backwards, with the apex of both the ProBikeskins pad and the cleat pointing in opposite directions and opposite of how they would fit together when properly engaged. Then, simultaneously pull the top loop the larger of the two loops up and over the toe of the cycling shoe while sliding the ProBikeskin back to the bottom edge of the cleat where the bases of both triangles are aligned, so the loop is attached around the shoe, just above the first cycling shoe strap and the skin bisects the cycling shoe at a right angle. Next, use a finger to pop the apex of the ProBikeskin triangle over the apex of the cleat triangle and slide the smaller strap over the toe of your cycling shoe. This is really much easier than the description implies! Now, walk with ease. For riding, roll the toe strap off the heel of the bike shoe and pull it back to the sweet spot partway up the back of your heel, where it will comfortably rest throughout your ride.
