Fizik Aliante R3 K:ium Saddle. A favorite among the professional peloton, and with good reason, the Fizik Aliante R3 K:ium Saddle strikes an optimal balance between comfort and weight. Italy's Fizik introduced the first Aliante in 1999 and in the subsequent years it has become one of their most loved and preferred saddles. 2014 marked a milestone in the evolution of the Aliante with the launch of an all new, sleek profile. It's built off the 'Bull' family of Fizik's Spine Concept system, so it's designed around cyclists who are less flexible and therefore need more cushion for soft tissue areas as they roll forward on the saddle. The K:ium rails are constructed of an alloy lighter than titanium, and they're plenty stiff so they won't deform under power.
