This ski's design is meant for rallying through chop, tightly carving on perfect corduroy, and railing across icy groomers. The ski's reliability, edge grip, and smoothness are products of a myriad technologies, the most prominent of which is Head's ERA 3. 0 design, which blends the rocker profile, sidecut, and rebound energy to vary turn shapes, allow easy turn initiation, and balance the ski's turn finishing power with the ability to scrub speed quickly and easily. The Raw Instinct is built with Head's Allride Rocker, which features a slight tip rocker to smooth out choppy snow and allow for progressive turn initiation, alongside plenty of camber to give the ski snap, pop, and power. Snappy camber doesn't mean you're going to get tossed around by the smallest bumps, though, because the addition of a Graphene laminate keeps the Raw Instinct lively and energetic without bouncing you off your feet.
