The Extra Long Racer cable kit is made for the new breed of cyclocross bikes with disc brakes, for touring bikes running continuous housing, or any other longer than usual build. Kevlar reinforced housing makes it easy to upgrade the line to mechanical disc brakes with compressionless housing. Since this housing will see the dirt, XL kits feature the semi seal system found in the MTB specific Ripcord kits. Derailleur housing is construction: Linear Steel Strand w L3 liner.
