Description The Integra Flex Trail Travel is the perfect option for a secure and reliable lightweight lock. At less than 4 oz, it comes very handy in any bike tour to lock your panniers, saddle, or wheels to your bike or for a peace of mind when locking your bike in a relatively safe area. Flexweave Cable starts out as a very fine High Carbon Steel wire drawn in Arkansas. The wire is then wound into strands, then those strands are wound into even larger strands, and then those strands are closed over a galvanized mild steel cable. Our special vinyl formula called KableKlear is extruded over the cable and sent to our factory in Rimrock, Arizona. Here the cables have their loops or locks pressed on with our 175 Ton Press also made in the USA.
