Stopping is handled by a set of Shimano's excellent and reliable SLX hydraulic disc brakes with beefy 180mm rotors to slow your roll on a dime. The bike glides on a set of aluminum doublewall rims laced to Formula hubs, featuring a 100x15mm thru axle front and 142x12mm thru axle rear. The wheels are wrapped up in Schwalbe Hans Dampf 2.35 tires making this bike trail ready right out of the box.
