The Enhanced carbon monocoque frame is not only lightweight, but utilizes flexing stays which eliminate the need for a rear pivot, making for a lighter bike with less mechanical complexity and enhanced ride characteristics. Gear changing is handled by an excellent Shimano Deore XT 1x11 groupset, the industry leader when it comes to flawless shifting. XT M8000 not only simplifies the drivetrain by ditching the front derailleur, but it also drops weight and improves performance too. The massive 11 42 cassette gives you plenty of range, while the Shadow Plus clutch rear derailleur keeps the chain tensioned across the drivetrain. The chainring tooth profile ensures that the chain won't unship, even on the toughest terrain. Stopping comes courtesy of Shimano XT hydraulic disc brakes, that slow your roll in any terrain or trail conditions. Stan's NoTubes Flow MK3 wheels wrapped up in Schwalbe Nobby Nic and Racing Ralph 2.25 tires keep you rolling and hooked into the trail.
