The upper is also fashioned with a rubber toe cap and heel guard that not only attenuates impact on rocky terrain, but also ensures a longer life for your shoe. A dual density EVA foam midsole encourages day long support and shock absorption, while the supportive Trident Heel stabilizes your foot and further mitigates impact. The shoe is fashioned with a semi stiff flex and Roc Approach Fit that enhances static and dynamic movement, and the AFC structure is engineered in such a manner that it provides a snug, wrap like feel around the instep of your foot.
