Pack a week's worth of camping gear into Mountainsmith's Apex 80 Backpack for a much needed reprieve from city life. Its suspension system features a well ventilated Anvil Airway back panel made of cushy EVA, a supportive PE framesheet, sturdy aluminum stays, padded shoulder straps with adjustments, and a form fitting TuningFork waistband for comfort on the approach. The Apex is a traditional top loader with a detachable SlingShot lid that doubles as a daypack. There's an internal sleeve and port designed for hydration reservoirs, as well as a zippered bottom compartment for sleeping pads. Mountainsmith designed the waistbelt's pocket for smartphones as large as the Galaxy S6. The Apex also has a front mesh stash pocket for layers, and a side pocket for water bottles.
