Its treated polyester fabric helps to keep the pad's weight down to just over a pound and is quiet, so you can roll freely from side to side, without worrying about waking your tent mate. The Vector is built around Nemo's Space Frame baffle construction, which helps to eliminate side to side movement for a more stable night's sleep. Nemo Equipment even added a thin aluminized later to the mat to help reflect body heat back towards you as you sleep for even cozier night's sleep.
