Take your freestyle moves from the streets to the backcountry on the Nitro Afterlife Snowboard. This board was designed for park rats who love jibs and jumps, but are also ready to start riding outside the gates and hucking tricks into powder. Nitro's Cam Out profile features a mellow version of camber with early transitions to provide the pop and edge hold of camber, but with a more forgiving feel and smoother turn initiation. The Urban flex is soft for easy pressing and buttering, as well as surfy pow turns but won't wash out on you when you're hitting jumps. Biax fiberglass provides a buttery flex for getting loose on jibs and making smooth turns, and beefy RailKiller edges are 20% thicker than standard edges so they can take a beating when you're throwing down in the streets. The lightweight Powercore II poplar core features inlaid beech strips for extra strength, and it has Whiplash profiling so it's thinner between the bindings for maximum pressibility and thicker underfoot for durability. The extruded base is easy to repair when you ding it up on gritty streets or hidden stumps beneath the snow.
