Being the stiffest offering in the Speedmachine lineup, this boot caters to aggressive all mountain skiers that demand a stiff and responsive feel from their boots. In addition to its aggressive nature, the Speedmachine also has a softer side customizable shell, liner, and relatively roomy 100mm last to keep your feet happy as you beat your crew to the bottom of the mountain.Nordica's Triforce shell, 3D Cork Fit liner, and women specific cuff work in concert to deliver a precise and comfortable fit that's completely customizable thanks to the heat moldable shell and liner. It would be a shame to just skip over Nordica's 3D Cork Fit technology, so let's take a quick step back. So, it turns out cork can be used for more than just sealing your favorite bottle of wine it's actually a great natural insulator, will mold to the shape of your foot over time, and provides direct response to the shell of the boot in a way synthetic foams can't. Realizing the natural benefits of cork, Nordica decided to put large panels of cork along the heel area of its liners, and it's already won a few industry awards for it. The shell even features Nordica's Weather Shield design, which consists of overlapping panels to keep moisture from seeping through to the liner. Apart from featuring cork panels, the liner also features Primaloft insulation for added warmth and comfort on those really cold midwinter days.
