When trail riding in the heat, there is one thing we take very seriously in gloves: grip. Oakley's Factory Lite 2. 0 Gloves combine that all important property with lightweight breathability, so we can afford to take grip lightly. The key element to the gloves' grippy breathability is an AX Suede palm that's perforated for better water vapor management. Oakley also limits the palm it to a single layer, taking advantage of the stuff's durability in order to keep bar feel as clean as possible. The back of the hand is made of an even more breathable mesh, so it does its part to banish moisture and keep the interplay between hand and glove reliable. The AX Suede palms provide plenty of grip on the bar, but that's useless if a coat of internal moisture makes your hand slide around inside the glove. The knuckles are padded with a bit of EVA foam, but the gloves' focus remains myopically on grip.
