Petzl OK Triact lock Carabiner

The Petzl OK Triact lock Carabiner was specifically designed to work with pulleys. Many pulleys need an oval shaped carabiner to work properly. The OK carabiner is designed for just that. It is also very useful for belays. The fluid interior design limits the risk of having a catch point and facilitates rotation of the carabiner. The keylock system avoids any involuntary snagging of the carabiner. The H cross section contributes to better grip, protects the markings from abrasion and reduces weight. The Triact lock system is a rapid, auto licking mechanism. It has the security of triple action locking. To unlock the carabiner, the gate sleeve must be pushed up, turned and then pushed open. Symmetric shape is ideal for use with belay devices, to maximize efficiency no matter which end is closest to the device.
