If the park's your only stomping ground, the Scratch is the only stick you need, with a killer combination of pop, durability, and low swing weight that'll let you boost like a lunatic, carve hard into takeoffs, and take things to the streets without causing too much damage. Like any single minded jib machine, the Scratch's profile sports camber with slight rocker at the tip and tail for super energetic boosting, and it has a light and snappy poplar wood core and thirty degree sidewalls to enhance edging and durability. To keep the weight down and tricks up, Rossignol built the Scratch with a Minicap Sandwich construction, which combines the edge grip and power of a sandwich with the lightweight flexibility of a cap. It also gave the ski an Extended Sidecut shape, which provides bomber edge grip at speed and easy maneuverability when you're moving slowly, so you can rail into jumps and take the Scratch into the trees without feeling like it's the last run you'll ever take. Last but not least, Rossi rounded the tip and tail of the Scratch, which makes for smooth trannies, easy buttering, and catch free switch riding.
