When you're getting twisted in the park, you'd better not be dropping in on some burly, big mountain board or carve happy frontside ski. It's much better bet to click into the Rossignol Slat Ski before you line up those big park and pipe hits, because its extra poppy poplar core and spin happy tip that will help you boost like a legend and spin like a top. The Slat is the biggest ski in Rossignol's park quiver, with a 97mm waist that can rally off piste as well as on and an Auto Turn Rocker profile that has camber underfoot for no nonsense edge grip when you're carving into takeoffs and low profile tip and tail rocker to simplify the occasional powder trip. It also features rounded tips to eat up switch riding and steep trannies. While the Slat isn't the lightest ski on the mountain, it might be one of the burliest, courtesy of a Mini Cap sandwich construction that combines rugged, edgy sidewalls with a lightweight cap construction. Rossignol also hooked it up with an extended sidecut that increases edge hold as you increase speed, so you can pivot, slide, and butter at low speeds without giving up power and control as you ramp things up. If you're looking to own the park, the Slat willl always be there for you.
