It employs SCARPA s patented Carbon Core Technology, which over molds the lower boot around a carbon fiber frame, yielding a 110 flex index boot. Interchangeable soles that are bolted through the carbon fiber frame offer compatibility with any ski binding, from alpine to tech bindings, in a design that improves strength and power transfer to the ski. The Freedom is the PU version of the Freedom SL, with non moldable soles and offering a friendlier price. The Freedom is at home in whatever terrain you ski: in bounds, big mountain or backcountry.
