The original Selle Italia Flite saddle goes back nearly 25 years, and it's been so popular very little has changed. The base of the Flite Flow is a 10% carbon, 90% nylon composite. This higher percentage of nylon, as compared to other Selle models, means a supportive ride that gives a bit to enable natural flex. This helps to keep vibration and road chatter at bay, which means longer, more comfortable rides. The width is 145mm, which is within a millimeter of the original Flite. Selle Italia added a cutout to the saddle that helps to minimize pressure in the perineal artery and soft tissue.
