Wild Country Astro Carabiner

Despite being Wild Country's lightest, the Astro Carabiner remains versatile for every climber, from alpinists to sport craggers. Its hot forged, I beam construction gives a phenomenal strength to weight ratio, with a major axis strength at 23kN while only weighing an ounce. Wild Country sized the Astro for any style of climbing not too small for big sport climbers, nor too large for compact minded alpine climbers. The Astro also features an ergonomic Tech Wire gate with a hooded nose to prevent hooking on ropes, bolts, and webbing.
