But maybe not all at the same time. The Monarch is a straight up, no nonsense jersey with a simply construction that wicks moisture, ventilates while you're cleaning lines across the climbs of summer, and strikes a generally low profile trail silhouette without dipping into restrictively tight aero jersey territory.
