The Torrent 30 has a user friendly fold and roll closure, ensuring waterproof performance. Just roll the top down 3 times, then snap the buckle shut. The fold and roll closure also allows you to vary pack height as the contents of the pack are emptied or refilled, providing customized load carrying capabilities. Padded shoulder straps and a contoured harness add to the comfort of the pack, and the position of the hipbelt buckle can also be adjusted for your comfort and preference. By setting the buckle over the padded hipbelt, the pressure point on your hip bone is reduced. The removable hipbelt can be stowed by running the strap through the lower links of the daisy chain, then fixed in place with hook and loop strips. Use the top compression strap with its Rapide Hook to compress the pack or to secure gear like rope or raingear within easy reach.
