Contrary to what you might think, you don't have to be revving up your motorcycle to throw on your cruiser jacket before you leave the house. Carry out your weekend yard work, round up the horses, or head out to dinner with your gal in the Filson Short Cruiser Jacket, and you'll enjoy a jacket with classic, rugged style keeping you warm. Filson treats the jacket's cotton fabric with a dry finish to repel water and wind so drizzly mornings spent walking to and from the barn won't leave you drenched, and cuts the jacket to follow a slim, but not restrictive fit. If you want to customize things, just use the adjustable tabs along the waist to pull the jacket closer to your body or let it out when layering. To ensure you have plenty space to stash essentials, Filson built the Cruiser with a left chest pocket with a button down flap and two roomy hand pockets. If you intend to use the Cruiser primarily as a wet weather jacket, Filson recommends that you order one size larger than normal, as the Cruiser does not come preshrunk and may shrink with repeated soaking in the rain. If you're mostly going to wear the Cruiser in dry weather, just go with your normal size.
