Two telescoping sections with a Double Cam twist locking mechanism give the Trekker FX Monopod a height adjustable range of 28 54. A molded EVA handle provides a secure grip and an adjustable webbing strap reduces stress on your wrists. An integrated anti shock system further absorbs wear and tear on your joints and keeps your camera steady.The top of the Trekker FX Monopod's handle unscrews to reveal the 14 20 SAE threaded bolt that serves as the connection point for your camera. NOTE: Due to the sensitive nature of camera equipment, Mountainsmith suggests a maximum camera carrying capacity of 3 pounds.The Mountainsmith Trekker FX Monopod walking staff includes a narrow profile, removable hiking basket.
