The Hardy Shadow Fly Rod is made with a lightweight, fast action M40 carbon blank that caters well to a fast casting tempo. Available in rod lengths ranging from eight to nine and a half feet, the Shadow is sized to handle everything from East Coast creeks to large, iconic Western rivers. Each option comes with a cork handle available in either a half or full wells shape, depending on the weight of the rod, as well as either an aluminum or classic looking burl wood spacer. The Shadow comes with a fabric covered rod tube to keep your rod intact when traveling to and from the river.
